Micron Systems' Privacy Policy (Effective Date: Sept. 2, 2010)
Micron Systems, Inc. ("Micron Systems") takes the utmost of care in protecting your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information that is provided to us either by you or your firm or organization through our website or any of our products (collectively referred to as "Applications" in this Policy). Being a vendor that provides Software as a Service (SaaS) to law firms and other areas of the Professional sector, privacy is of our greatest concern. This policy states how we collect and use your personal information which you provide directly to us, or your company or firm provides to us with your consent.

Micron Systems, Inc., which includes all of its Applications and this Privacy Policy, are in conformance with the U.S. - European Union Safe Harbor Privacy Principles.

Information Collection
Personal information is provided to us whenever your firm or organization submits Human Resources information, either manually or electronically to your firm or company's designated databases. With SaaS as our number one priority, the confidentiality of information provided to us is a large part of this service. Personal information is considered to be information that can identify you in your firm or organization such as Full Name, Email, Birth Date, Office Location, Title, Department, Practice Area, Level, Class Year, Ethnicity, Gender, and Hire Date.

Along with personal information, we also collect and log non-personal information regarding usage of all Micron Systems' Applications. This information includes the domain name you are connecting to our site from, along with your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. If you are connecting through your firm or organization, this IP address will be your firm or organization's external IP address. Otherwise, this IP address is assigned by your Internet Service Provider.

Use of Cookies
Our Applications store cookies, which are small data files that are written to your hard drive containing information such as your user ID and stored password. This is used for quicker access to login to any of our Applications. The "Remember Me" feature on login, which stores a cookie that contains your login information, is used at your consent. If your firm or organization uses Single Sign-On, then this information is contained on your firm or organization's databases for Single Sign-On use, and cookies are not utilized.

Micron Systems also uses other technical means (besides cookies) to track user usage across all of our Applications, such as the country of login or at which times our Applications receive the most usage.

Choice to "Opt Out"
Users are able to opt out of receiving any marketing information or materials from Micron Systems. This includes direct mailings or email correspondence. This correspondence would not be sent to you without your consent, and the use of your information is in conformance with this Privacy Policy. In this regard, we respect your privacy, and if you choose not to receive correspondence from us, you may "opt out" from the time we receive your personal information by contacting us via email at contact@micronsystems.com, or by written request to the address provided at the end of this document.

How is Your Personal Information Used?
The primary purpose for collecting personal information is to provide a SaaS Talent Management Suite to our client firms and organizations for recruiting efforts, LMS, and performance management purposes. The collection of this data enhances service to our clients. In this regard, we only use this personal information in accordance with this Policy and for any circumstances where the contract agreement between Micron Systems and the firm or organization clearly defines Micron Systems' use of this personal information. We may use this information solely for the use of ensuring our Applications are kept up to date with the latest releases and user information is kept as accurate as possible. Receiving this information helps us to better service our clients in the highest regard and to keep wait times for support at a minimum. We may use the information provided to us to send marketing materials about updates to our software or for sales purposes for special promotions or discounts on new releases. You may choose to opt out of any of this correspondence at any time via email at contact@micronsystems.com

Micron Systems has business partnerships with certain vendors in our industry which may be given access to personal information to help our Applications and services. Micron Systems will not release personal information to these vendors without the client's written approval and consent.

Micron Systems also has in place procedures to transfer a user's record from one organization to another if either firms or organizations are clients. This transfer of a user's personal information will not be done without expressed written consent by the user to perform this action on their behalf.

Information Review and Deletion by You
If at any time you feel that your personal information is being misinterpreted or misrepresented, you may ask us to update or delete the information. You may also contact us to not use this information in its entirety or in part at contact@micronsystems.com. This is your right.

How We Secure Your Data
The personal data collected from you is taken with the highest regard for its safety. When the data is received physically, only the person or persons directly responsible for servicing the client will have direct access to this data.

For the security of the data received from our users and clients, we have many security procedures and safeguards in place to protect this data. The data is stored offsite in a secure hosting facility. Only persons with proper security credentials and clearance are allowed access to the data either on site or remotely. Security and Disaster recovery are of the utmost importance to all personal data we receive and we treat it with the highest of care. All Micron Systems' Applications use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption over Port 443, with our servers protected by industry standard firewall hardware along with updated enterprise level antivirus and firewall software protection. The information is stored in a secure database where only Micron Systems and you have access to the data, and only Micron Systems' employees will have access to this information on a needed basis. The servers are in locked cabinets under 24- hour security and surveillance with tampering recognition.

The hosting facility boasts a Carrier Hotel Class "1A" Facility Designation, and is located in a nuclear-safe bunker three stories underground below a hardened shell of reinforced concrete and steel plating. All Micron Systems' equipment is locked in this facility with security badges required for access.

International Privacy Policy
Micron Systems' business entity is located within the United States of America. All information collected from you will be sent to the United States. You agree to the transfer of your personal information as a contractual agreement between your firm or organization and Micron Systems to the United States for processing. Personal information is received and used as per the laws and regulations in place in the United States of America. With United States and the EU both wanting privacy protection, but going about it from a different approach, Micron Systems abides fully by the framework established for the Safe Harbor Policy put in place by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in dealing with EU-U.S. international relations. Micron Systems has signed on to the Safe Harbor agreement between the EU and US and will follow dispute resolution procedures in place should the need arise.

Children's Privacy for Use of Our Applications
Our Applications are intended for firms and organizations of a professional nature and are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. Micron Systems will never ask or receive personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Privacy Policy Changes
Seeing that the industries which are using Micron Systems' Applications are always changing and evolving, this Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time to correspond with these changes. If any extensive revisions are made to this Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted on our website (http://www.micronsystems.com), along with an email correspondence outlining these changes.

If you feel that at any time Micron Systems has not followed the aforementioned Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@micronsystems.com. We will investigate promptly and determine a resolution in agreement with the Privacy Policy.
