Chris comes to Micron Systems with an established background in CLE administration and experience with all phases of program administration. Her extensive knowledge of US jurisdictions' compliance rules and licensing protocols will nicely complement Micron's already broad knowledge base.

At Micron Systems, we are always looking to add fresh perspectives to our team to ensure we are building products that best meet your firm's talent management needs. That's why we've added Christine Kinsella to our team of talent management experts. Christine Kinsella Micron Systems Product Specialist

Chris comes to Micron Systems with 6 years of experience as a CLE Administrator for the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP, where her responsibilities included maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the CLE requirements for multiple jurisdictions, tracking attorney compliance, and managing the firm’s CLE programming. She is experienced in all phases of program administration – from the preparation of firm recordings for LMS viewing, the CLE accreditation process, to program registration and attendance. Chris represented Nixon Peabody annually at the NYS Bar Association’s Accredited Provider conferences as well as at ACLEA’s annual conferences.

“At Nixon Peabody, I spent a great deal of my day immersed in CE Manager. I became very familiar with its applications – from CLE compliance tracking and the rules in the jurisdictions our attorneys were licensed in, to the set-up of recorded programs on the LMS side. More than once I was known to say how impressed I was by the level of programming involved that made this an invaluable and accurate tool.

Now I’m coming at it from a new perspective, working for Micron Systems as a CE Manager Product Specialist. I have seen the new CE Manager, and from a client standpoint, I am blown away by the added abilities of this new system. The options to customize are impressive, and allowing administrative assistants to view their professional’s records and print submitted certificates is a huge time saver. It is undeniably evident that Micron listens to their clients’ needs and wishes. You can see it with every update that has been included in the new CE Manager.

I have also been introduced to LawCruit and Top Performance, the sister products in Micron’s suite of performance management software. It is easy to see how the three products integrate to be used through all phases of a professional’s development, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, to training, continuing education, and performance management. The new Top Performance makes the evaluation process simple, and provides the opportunity for real-time feedback regarding client matters and projects in addition to traditional scheduled reviews. It’s clear why a firm would find this suite of products a powerful tool to educate and develop their attorneys and accountants, as well as their staff.

Behind the scenes, as an employee of Micron Systems, I am in awe of the dedication and heart that has gone into developing the new CE Manager from the ground up. The uber attention to detail, the unending testing of everything that is being implemented, the sheer dedication of everyone that has a hand in developing this product – all this is what makes the new CE Manager an unparalleled product that will provide our clients with unprecedented support as they move forward in the practice of law and accounting. While this has been in the works for a while now, I am truly excited to be a part of the process as it all comes to fruition.”
