David Wit’s leadership and entrepreneurial spirit guide Micron Systems in its development of world-class talent management software for law firms and accounting firms.
David started along an entrepreneurial path at a young age. While still in college, he founded Logicat Inc., a leading developer of innovative educational software products, including the first product that enabled high school students to apply to colleges electronically, the first LSAT preparation software product ever developed, and best-selling CPA exam preparation software.
David ran Logicat profitably for 17 years. During this time, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company (formerly CalEnergy Company, Inc.), serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
In September 2016, David acquired full control of Micron Systems. Supported by funding from well-known, silent investors, Micron Systems intensified its focus on addressing the talent management needs of the accounting and legal industries. The New Top Performance, the New CE Manager, and GlobalWork were developed, and were the first of such products brought to market.
David graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College in 1985, with a GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
